Let's get hands on, and make a Bean Sprout Salad with Soy.
Takes about 30 minutes to make this recipe and it serves about 5.
Drain the water and place them in a bowl.
Add the soy, tomatoes, onion, parsley, chives, salt, pepper and mix.
Reserve.
In a skillet, Saute garlic in olive oil, allow to cool and add to the salad.
Serve and enjoy :)

- Boiling water.
- 1 cup (tea) of cooked soybeans.
- 1 cup (tea) of tomato skinned and seeded minced.
- Half (0.5) Teacup chopped onion.
- Half (0.5) Cup (tea) of chopped parsley.
- Half (0.5) Cup (tea) chopped chives.
- Salt to taste.
- 1 teaspoon black pepper.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 1 clove crushed garlic.
