The title says it all, let's make some Waffles! :D




Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup butter 
  • 4 beaten eggs 
  • 1 1⁄2 cups sugar 
  • 1⁄2 cup cocoa 
  • 2 cups flour 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1⁄2 cup water 


How to make them: 

Just mix all ingredients together, then drop batter onto a waffle iron and let it bake in waffle iron for 50 to 60 seconds on medium setting.

You can have them with nothing, sugar, melted chocolate, chantilly, strawberries, ice crea, All of these mix together :p

It's been a while... a long while!
So I'm back with a delicious blueberry recipe! Super easy!
Let's make some yummy blueberry pancakes!!!

Let's start with the Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder 
  • 1 and 1/4 teaspoons white sugar 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted 
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed

And now here is the blueprint on how to make these delicious blueberry pancakes:

  1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. 
  2. In a small bowl, beat together egg and milk. 
  3. Stir milk and egg into flour mixture. 
  4. Mix in the butter and fold in the blueberries. 
  5. Set aside for 1 hour. (IMPORTANT)
  6. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. 
  7. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. 
  8. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
After you should have something like this to eat... :)

Hi, today I bring you a delicious chocolate cake that I manage to translate from a portuguese recipe. (from the YammiDays site).

It's a pretty simple recipe with a delicious result... :)

Let's get started!



Ingredients

  • Sugar - 120 gr
  • Brown Sugar - 80 gr
  • Cooking Chocolate - 250 gr
  • Flour - 20 gr
  • Butter - 180 gr
  • Eggs - 5 un
  • Salt - a little bit ;)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 356ºF / 180ºC.
  2. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, reserving the yolks.
  3. With the help of a blender beat the egg whites in castle. Add a bit of salt before.
  4. Reserve the egg whites.
  5. Then in a different bowl add the egg yolks the white sugar and the brown sugger and beat it all up.
  6. Add the butter and the chocolate into pieces to a Cup that and melt it in the oven at 176ºF / 80ºC. Remember that this process requires you to stir the chocolate and the butter in the cup.
  7. Add the flour to the melted chocolate and stir it all together.
  8. Poor and stir the choocolate into egg yolks prepared, after incorporate the egg whites gently with the spatula.
  9. Grease a pan with butter, sprinkle with flour and pour the batter. Bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Let it rest.
Pre heat the oven at 180ºC.

This recipe takes some time to make but is simply delicious...

So lets get started without further ado. :)

I will begin by listing the ingredients and then explain the how to cook it!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound top-round London broil or flank steak, about 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice, divided
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons red curry paste or chili-garlic sauce
  • 1/2 head red-leaf lettuce, torn (about 6 cups)
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup), divided, for garnish
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup basil leaves, sliced into ribbons
Now for the detailed instructions. ;)

Rinse and pat the meat dry. Place in a sealable plastic bag or small glass dish.

In a medium bowl combine 1 tablespoon of the lime juice, soy sauce, canola oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and red curry paste. Pour half the mixture into the bag with the meat.

Add the remaining 2 tablespoons lime juice to the bag. Seal tightly, and marinate meat in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Reserve the rest of the mixture refrigerated, to dress the salad. Spray grill or grill pan with cooking spray and preheat.

Grill steak until medium-rare, about 5 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness. Let rest until room temperature then slice thinly against the grain.

Combine lettuce, sliced shallot, cilantro, basil and beef in a salad bowl, reserving a few shallots for garnish. Add the reserved dressing and toss to coat.

Divide salad among 4 plates and garnish with reserved sliced shallots.

Open a bottle of fresh white wine and enjoy it with some friends... ;)

Almost forgot, a little spin to the recipe, you can also add some tomatoes to the mix...

Hello, Been a while since I posted my last recipe! Sorry been quite busy with personal life! But here I am with a fresh a delicious salad recipe! Always good to have a salad meal for a change.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled, diced.
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, each cut in half.
  • 1 small Gala apple, finely diced.
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion.
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions.
  • 1/2 to 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise.
  • Juice of 1 lime (1 to 2 tablespoons).
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

This one couldn't be easier, get a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well mixed, add salt and pepper to taste.

And you done :)

Simple, fast and easy to do! Delicious and healthy to eat!

Hi,

Today I bring you something healthy, fresh and easy and fast to make!
Let's get hands on, and make a Bean Sprout Salad with Soy.

Takes about 30 minutes to make this recipe and it serves about 5.



Ingredients

  • Boiling water.
  • 1 cup (tea) of cooked soybeans.
  • 1 cup (tea) of tomato skinned and seeded minced.
  • Half (0.5) Teacup chopped onion.
  • Half (0.5) Cup (tea) of chopped parsley.
  • Half (0.5) Cup (tea) chopped chives.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 1 clove crushed garlic.

Preparation

Place the bean sprouts in a mixing bowl and scald with boiling water.
Drain the water and place them in a bowl.
Add the soy, tomatoes, onion, parsley, chives, salt, pepper and mix.
 Reserve.
 In a skillet, Saute garlic in olive oil, allow to cool and add to the salad.

Serve and enjoy :)

Hello,
Today I bring you an super easy and Delicious Tortilla!
With Onion, Chorizo, Mushrooms, Carrots and Parmesan Cheese...
It's real easy to make, and delicious to eat! Let's make it happen...


Ingredients

  • Pepper to taste.
  • Thyme to taste.
  • Nutmeg to taste.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Small Carrot sliced.
  • Onion 1un chopped.
  • Mushrooms 100gr sliced.
  • Chorizo100gr small pieces.
  • Eggs 3-4 un.
  • Olive oil.
  • Parmesan cheese 100gr.

Preparation

Start by chopping the Onion and the sliced Carrot, heat some olive oil in a pan, then add the chopped onion to the pan.
When the onion starts to get tawny, remove the onion and carrot from the pan.

Now add the sliced mushrooms to the pan. Let them loose all the water and get a bit crispy.
Then remove the mushrooms fro the pan.


After this add the sliced Chorizo and let it grill until it turns crispy...

While your cooking the ingredients on the pan, open the eggs into a bowl, season with peper, thyme and nugmeg, and stir them.
Also at this time pre-heat the oven.

When you see the Chorizo turn crispy add the onions, carrots, muchrooms, and even it out on the pan.


After add the eggs and let it cook a bit, gently stirring from the outside of the pan to the inside.
After add the parmesan cheese on top and put the pan in the oven until u see the cheese melted...
Get it out and serve! :)
